Setting

• In-Office (Centerville, OH)

• Outdoors (See Walk & Talk counseling services offered)

• Telehealth/Video (must be conducted while the client is physically in Ohio)

Payment

• Intake/Diagnostic Assessment (60 minutes): $175

• Counseling session (50 minutes): $150

• Accepted forms of payment include:

  • HSA, FSA, credit/debit cards, cash, or checks

  • Insurance is not accepted. Superbills can be provided upon request for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement. All claims will need to be submitted and managed by clients.
