Walk & Talk Therapy combines the traditional benefits of counseling with the therapeutic effects of movement outdoors, providing an alternative to conventional office-based talk therapy.

Walking encourages a natural rhythm that can stimulate processing and introspection. It promotes mindfulness as clients simultaneously focus on their surroundings, movements, and thoughts. Walk & Talk Therapy sessions take place at a nearby trail conveniently located next to Grierson Counseling. Following an initial in-office intake appointment, sessions can be scheduled outdoors based on availability and weather conditions.
